ＱＴ：向外邦的王啟示將來的事（但以理書02：24—02：35）

| 02：24 — | 於是，但以理進去見亞略，就是王所派滅絕巴比倫哲士的，對他說：「不要滅絕巴比倫的哲士，求你領我到王面前，我要將夢的講解告訴王。」 Then Daniel went to Arioch, whom the king had appointed to execute the wise men of Babylon, and said to him, "Do not execute the wise men of Babylon. Take me to the king, and I will interpret his dream for him." |
| 02：25 — | 亞略就急忙將但以理領到王面前，對王說：「我在被擄的猶大人中遇見一人，他能將夢的講解告訴王。」 Arioch took Daniel to the king at once and said, "I have found a man among the exiles from Judah who can tell the king what his dream means." |
| 02：26 — | 王問稱為伯提沙撒的但以理說：「你能將我所作的夢和夢的講解告訴我嗎？」 The king asked Daniel (also called Belteshazzar), "Are you able to tell me what I saw in my dream and interpret it?" |
| 02：27 — | 但以理在王面前回答說：「王所問的那奧秘事，哲士、用法術的、術士、觀兆的都不能告訴王， Daniel replied, "No wise man, enchanter, magician or diviner can explain to the king the mystery he has asked about, |
| 02：28 — | 只有一位在天上的神能顯明奧秘的事。他已將日後必有的事指示尼布甲尼撒王。你的夢和你在牀上腦中的異象是這樣： but there is a God in heaven who reveals mysteries. He has shown King Nebuchadnezzar what will happen in days to come. Your dream and the visions that passed through your mind as you lay on your bed are these: |
| 02：29 — | 王啊，你在牀上想到後來的事，那顯明奧秘事的主把將來必有的事指示你。 "As you were lying there, O king, your mind turned to things to come, and the revealer of mysteries showed you what is going to happen. |
| 02：30 — | 至於那奧秘的事顯明給我，並非因我的智慧勝過一切活人，乃為使王知道夢的講解和心裡的思念。 As for me, this mystery has been revealed to me, not because I have greater wisdom than other living men, but so that you, O king, may know the interpretation and that you may understand what went through your mind. |
| 02：31 — | 「王啊，你夢見一個大像，這像甚高，極其光耀，站在你面前，形狀甚是可怕。 "You looked, O king, and there before you stood a large statue--an enormous, dazzling statue, awesome in appearance. |
| 02：32 — | 這像的頭是精金的，胸膛和膀臂是銀的，肚腹和腰是銅的， The head of the statue was made of pure gold, its chest and arms of silver, its belly and thighs of bronze, |
| 02：33 — | 腿是鐵的，腳是半鐵半泥的。 its legs of iron, its feet partly of iron and partly of baked clay. |
| 02：34 — | 你觀看，見有一塊非人手鑿出來的石頭打在這像半鐵半泥的腳上，把腳砸碎； While you were watching, a rock was cut out, but not by human hands. It struck the statue on its feet of iron and clay and smashed them. |
| 02：35 — | 於是金、銀、銅、鐵、泥、都一同砸得粉碎，成如夏天禾場上的糠秕，被風吹散，無處可尋。打碎這像的石頭變成一座大山，充滿天下。 Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver and the gold were broken to pieces at the same time and became like chaff on a threshing floor in the summer. The wind swept them away without leaving a trace. But the rock that struck the statue became a huge mountain and filled the whole earth. |
| 省 思 語— | 我能夠在不信主的上司面前，見證神的能力與智慧嗎？ |
[我的省思]
但以理勇敢的、放膽的向要殺他的王說明了將來的事。我能夠在掌權者面前放膽地做神所喜悅的事嗎？當掌權者的言行、作為、要求不符上帝的旨意時，我能擁有智慧、用上帝的話改變狀況嗎？我相信這很難。
記得國賢的小主管也是一位基督徒，但似乎很沒有基督徒的樣式，總是耳聞他壓迫下屬，未盡自己應盡的本分。主啊！您是無所不知的神，您必定知道有這樣的事情，那麼您是要國賢學習什麼事情呢？是要像但以理這樣，勇於顯明您的隱秘事嗎？主啊！求您明示國賢，讓他知道該如何行。
我們人總是愚昧，喜歡崇拜一些虛有其表的偶像，看起來富麗堂皇的、雄偉壯闊的、大有能力的，就如尼布甲尼撒王所夢見的大像，由貴重的礦物所造，然而，這偶像是如此不堪一擊，輕輕鬆鬆的就被上帝降下的一顆石頭，從腳、從根本打得粉碎，一切煙消雲散。
感謝主，您降下了這顆石頭，重新把我敲醒。
是的，我們都會輕易的被奢華的物質生活俘虜。漂亮時尚的穿著、豪華名貴的轎車、跟上潮流的科技新品、豪宅、環球、PARTY、認識演藝明星以及受人尊敬的榮耀感，沒有人能否認自己都很渴望擁有這些享受。這些追求都可以總結於金錢，只要有足夠的金錢，似乎剛剛提到的東西都能夠擁有，聽起來很值得人努力去追求、好改善自己的一切，「善待自己，讓自己過的更好！」聽起來很正確，但，清醒吧！這是撒旦，這是撒旦的偽裝。擁有財富不是過錯，但我們在追求財富之前，要追求的應該是神的道，而不是讓追求財富的慾望凌駕於神，這是不敬，這是褻瀆，這是神所不喜的事，我們當立即清醒，不要落入了撒旦虛假的圈套。
當我們受到撒旦的迷惑時，要緊緊把握住主賜下在我們心中的一根葦子，拿起來量一量，如此我們便能輕易發現，從根本上犯錯的道，便是撒旦之道，是能清楚辨別並且徹底毀滅的，唯有神的道是我們唯一的倚靠和幫助。
[今日禱告]
感謝主，今天降下了一顆大有能力的石頭，擊碎了悄悄進駐在我心中的撒旦偶像，感謝主，讓我重新有清明的心靈，我當警醒，不再讓自己落進同樣的圈套之中。
主啊！孩子再次為我親愛的爸爸媽媽向您祈求，孩子知道您安排臨到他們身上的苦難都有您美好的旨意，主啊主啊！孩子似乎知道您的旨意正是要他們願意接受您，甚至要等到他們能回轉向您的日子來臨，才會有最豐碩的果實。主啊！若是這樣，求您幫助我早日開他們的心，使他們早日承認您的名，使他們能早日得救贖。
主啊！求您使我和國賢能一起在您的光照中成長。主啊！我們分隔兩地，求您賜與我們機會能擁有新婚的環境與生活，使我們都能感受到新家的幸福。
主啊！懇求您看顧保守那些需要您幫助的人，靖棠弟兄、小緹弟兄，求主賜給他們平安及喜樂，求主讓他們學習用您的眼光來愛惜自己，並學習憑著倚靠您得著信心與勇氣，戰勝心中的撒旦和仇敵。
感謝讚美主，孩子這樣禱告都是奉主耶穌基督的名求，阿門！
