今天終於下定決心要把他完成！完成的那一刻自我感覺真是良好～

終於，我完成了我的第一張Painter作品！（嚴格說來這不算是作品，只是上課的作業罷了！）
途中歷經了慘絕人寰的當機事件，花費心血，眼睛快脫窗時完成的此時此刻，真是令人想掬一把辛酸＋感動的淚水～！！
感動，是我在夢想藍圖上又跨進了一步，雖然路途仍遙遠，感謝主讓我有機會有熱血有衝進去向前！

God also said to Abraham, "As for Sarai your wife, you are no longer to call her Sarai; her name will be Sarah.
17：16 —
我必賜福給他，也要使你從他得一個兒子。我要賜福給他，他也要作多國之母；必有百姓的君王從他而出。」
I will bless her and will surely give you a son by her. I will bless her so that she will be the mother of nations; kings of peoples will come from her."
17：17 —
亞伯拉罕就俯伏在地喜笑，心裏說：「一百歲的人還能得孩子麼？撒拉已經九十歲了，還能生養麼？」
Abraham fell facedown; he laughed and said to himself, "Will a son be born to a man a hundred years old? Will Sarah bear a child at the age of ninety?"
17：18 —

And Abraham said to God, "If only Ishmael might live under your blessing!"

When he had finished speaking with Abraham, God went up from him.

正當那日，亞伯拉罕遵著神的命，給他的兒子以實瑪利和家裏的一切男子，無論是在家裏生的，是用銀子買的，都行了割禮。
On that very day Abraham took his son Ishmael and all those born in his household or bought with his money, every male in his household, and circumcised them, as God told him.
17：24 —
亞伯拉罕受割禮的時候年九十九歲。
Abraham was ninety-nine years old when he was circumcised,

他兒子以實瑪利受割禮的時候年十三歲。
and his son Ishmael was thirteen;

Now Sarai, Abram's wife, had borne him no children. But she had an Egyptian maidservant named Hagar;

撒萊對亞伯蘭說：「耶和華使我不能生育。求你和我的使女同房，或者我可以因他得孩子（得孩子：原文是被建立）。」亞伯蘭聽從了撒萊的話。
so she said to Abram, "The LORD has kept me from having children. Go, sleep with my maidservant; perhaps I can build a family through her." Abram agreed to what Sarai said.
16：03 —
於是亞伯蘭的妻子撒萊將使女埃及人夏甲給了丈夫為妾；那時亞伯蘭在迦南已經住了十年。
So after Abram had been living in Canaan ten years, Sarai his wife took her Egyptian maidservant Hagar and gave her to her husband to be his wife.

He slept with Hagar, and she conceived. When she knew she was pregnant, she began to despise her mistress.

Then Sarai said to Abram, "You are responsible for the wrong I am suffering. I put my servant in your arms, and now that she knows she is pregnant, she despises me. May the LORD judge between you and me."

亞伯蘭對撒萊說：「使女在你手下，你可以隨意待他。」撒萊苦待他，他就從撒萊面前逃走了。
"Your servant is in your hands," Abram said. "Do with her whatever you think best." Then Sarai mistreated Hagar; so she fled from her.

耶和華的使者在曠野書珥路上的水泉旁遇見他，
The angel of the LORD found Hagar near a spring in the desert; it was the spring that is beside the road to Shur.

And he said, "Hagar, servant of Sarai, where have you come from, and where are you going?" "I'm running away from my mistress Sarai," she answered.

Then the angel of the LORD told her, "Go back to your mistress and submit to her."

She gave this name to the LORD who spoke to her:"You are the God who sees me," for she said, "I have now seen the One who sees me."

That is why the well was called Beer Lahai Roi; it is still there, between Kadesh and Bered.
16：15 —
後來夏甲給亞伯蘭生了一個兒子；亞伯蘭給他起名叫以實瑪利。
So Hagar bore Abram a son, and Abram gave the name Ishmael to the son she had borne.

Abram was eighty-six years old when Hagar bore him Ishmael.

當應許遲延實現的時候，我會試圖採用人的方法，還是等候並忍耐到底？

After this, the word of the LORD came to Abram in a vision:"Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your very great reward."
15：02 —
亞伯蘭說：「主耶和華啊，我既無子，你還賜我甚麼呢？並且要承受我家業的是大馬色人以利以謝。」
But Abram said, "O Sovereign LORD, what can you give me since I remain childless and the one who will inherit my estate is Eliezer of Damascus?"
15：03 —
亞伯蘭又說：「你沒有給我兒子；那生在我家中的人就是我的後嗣。」
And Abram said, "You have given me no children; so a servant in my household will be my heir."
15：04 —
耶和華又有話對他說：「這人必不成為你的後嗣；你本身所生的纔成為你的後嗣。」
Then the word of the LORD came to him:"This man will not be your heir, but a son coming from your own body will be your heir."

於是領他走到外邊，說：「你向天觀看，數算眾星，能數得過來麼？」又對他說：「你的後裔將要如此。」
He took him outside and said, "Look up at the heavens and count the stars--if indeed you can count them." Then he said to him, "So shall your offspring be."

亞伯蘭信耶和華，耶和華就以此為他的義。
Abram believed the LORD, and he credited it to him as righteousness.
15：07 —
耶和華又對他說：「我是耶和華，曾領你出了迦勒底的吾珥，為要將這地賜你為業。」
He also said to him, "I am the LORD, who brought you out of Ur of the Chaldeans to give you this land to take possession of it."
15：08 —
亞伯蘭說：「主耶和華啊，我怎能知道必得這地為業呢？」
But Abram said, "O Sovereign LORD, how can I know that I will gain possession of it?"
15：09 —
他說：「你為我取一隻三年的母牛，一隻三年的母山羊，一隻三年的公綿羊，一隻斑鳩，一隻雛鴿。」
So the LORD said to him, "Bring me a heifer, a goat and a ram, each three years old, along with a dove and a young pigeon."
15：10 —
亞伯蘭就取了這些來，每樣劈開，分成兩半，一半對著一半地擺列，只有鳥沒有劈開。
Abram brought all these to him, cut them in two and arranged the halves opposite each other; the birds, however, he did not cut in half.

有鷙鳥下來，落在那死畜的肉上，亞伯蘭就把他嚇飛了。
Then birds of prey came down on the carcasses, but Abram drove them away.

After Abram returned from defeating Kedorlaomer and the kings allied with him, the king of Sodom came out to meet him in the Valley of Shaveh (that is, the King's Valley).

Then Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine. He was priest of God Most High,

But Abram said to the king of Sodom, "I have raised my hand to the LORD, God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth, and have taken an oath
14：23 —
凡是你的東西，就是一根線、一根鞋帶，我都不拿，免得你說：『我使亞伯蘭富足！』
that I will accept nothing belonging to you, not even a thread or the thong of a sandal, so that you will never be able to say, `I made Abram rich.
14：24 —
只有僕人所喫的，並與我同行的亞乃、以實各、幔利所應得的分，可以任憑他們拿去。」
'I will accept nothing but what my men have eaten and the share that belongs to the men who went with me--to Aner, Eshcol and Mamre. Let them have their share."

After Abram returned from defeating Kedorlaomer and the kings allied with him, the king of Sodom came out to meet him in the Valley of Shaveh (that is, the King's Valley).
Then Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine. He was priest of God Most High,
and he blessed Abram, saying, "Blessed be Abram by God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth.
And blessed be God Most High, who delivered your enemies into your hand."
The king of Sodom said to Abram, "Give me the people and keep the goods for yourself."
But Abram said to the king of Sodom, "I have raised my hand to the LORD, God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth, and have taken an oath

當暗拉非作示拿王，亞略作以拉撒王，基大老瑪作以攔王，提達作戈印王的時候，
At this time Amraphel king of Shinar, Arioch king of Ellasar, Kedorlaomer king of Elam and Tidal king of Goiim
14：02 —
他們都攻打所多瑪王比拉、蛾摩拉王比沙、押瑪王示納、洗扁王善以別，和比拉王；比拉就是瑣珥。
went to war against Bera king of Sodom, Birsha king of Gomorrah, Shinab king of Admah, Shemeber king of Zeboiim, and the king of Bela (that is, Zoar).
14：03 —
這五王都在西訂谷會合；西訂谷就是鹽海。
All these latter kings joined forces in the Valley of Siddim (the Salt Sea).
14：04 —
他們已經事奉基大老瑪十二年，到十三年就背叛了。
For twelve years they had been subject to Kedorlaomer, but in the thirteenth year they rebelled.
14：05 —
十四年，基大老瑪和同盟的王都來在亞特律加寧，殺敗了利乏音人，在哈麥殺敗了蘇西人，在沙微．基列亭殺敗了以米人，
In the fourteenth year, Kedorlaomer and the kings allied with him went out and defeated the Rephaites in Ashteroth Karnaim, the Zuzites in Ham, the Emites in Shaveh Kiriathaim
14：06 —
在何利人的西珥山殺敗了何利人，一直殺到靠近曠野的伊勒巴蘭。
and the Horites in the hill country of Seir, as far as El Paran near the desert.
14：07 —
他們回到安密巴，就是加低斯，殺敗了亞瑪力全地的人，以及住在哈洗遜他瑪的亞摩利人。
Then they turned back and went to En Mishpat (that is, Kadesh), and they conquered the whole territory of the Amalekites, as well as the Amorites who were living in Hazazon Tamar.
14：08 —
於是所多瑪王、蛾摩拉王、押瑪王、洗扁王，和比拉王（比拉就是瑣珥）都出來，在西訂谷擺陣，與他們交戰，
Then the king of Sodom, the king of Gomorrah, the king of Admah, the king of Zeboiim and the king of Bela (that is, Zoar) marched out and drew up their battle lines in the Valley of Siddim
14：09 —
就是與以攔王基大老瑪、戈印王提達、示拿王暗拉非、以拉撒王亞略交戰；乃是四王與五王交戰。
against Kedorlaomer king of Elam, Tidal king of Goiim, Amraphel king of Shinar and Arioch king of Ellasar--four kings against five.
14：10 —
西訂谷有許多石漆坑。所多瑪王和蛾摩拉王逃跑，有掉在坑裏的，其餘的人都往山上逃跑。
Now the Valley of Siddim was full of tar pits, and when the kings of Sodom and Gomorrah fled, some of the men fell into them and the rest fled to the hills.
14：11 —
四王就把所多瑪和蛾摩拉所有的財物，並一切的糧食都擄掠去了；
The four kings seized all the goods of Sodom and Gomorrah and all their food; then they went away.
14：12 —
又把亞伯蘭的姪兒羅得和羅得的財物擄掠去了。當時羅得正住在所多瑪。
They also carried off Abram's nephew Lot and his possessions, since he was living in Sodom.
14：13 —
有一個逃出來的人告訴希伯來人亞伯蘭；亞伯蘭正住在亞摩利人幔利的橡樹那裏。幔利和以實各並亞乃都是弟兄，曾與亞伯蘭聯盟。
One who had escaped came and reported this to Abram the Hebrew. Now Abram was living near the great trees of Mamre the Amorite, a brother of Eshcol and Aner, all of whom were allied with Abram.
14：14 —
亞伯蘭聽見他姪兒（原文是弟兄）被擄去，就率領他家裏生養的精練壯丁三百一十八人，直追到但，
When Abram heard that his relative had been taken captive, he called out the 318 trained men born in his household and went in pursuit as far as Dan.
14：15 —
便在夜間，自己同僕人分隊殺敗敵人，又追到大馬色左邊的何把，
During the night Abram divided his men to attack them and he routed them, pursuing them as far as Hobah, north of Damascus.
14：16 —
將被擄掠的一切財物奪回來，連他姪兒羅得和他的財物，以及婦女、人民也都奪回來。
He recovered all the goods and brought back his relative Lot and his possessions, together with the women and the other people.

13：01 —
亞伯蘭帶著他的妻子與羅得，並一切所有的，都從埃及上南地去。
So Abram went up from Egypt to the Negev, with his wife and everything he had, and Lot went with him.
13：02 —
亞伯蘭的金、銀、牲畜極多。
Abram had become very wealthy in livestock and in silver and gold.
13：03 —
他從南地漸漸往伯特利去，到了伯特利和艾的中間，就是從前支搭帳棚的地方，
From the Negev he went from place to place until he came to Bethel, to the place between Bethel and Ai where his tent had been earlier
13：04 —
也是他起先築壇的地方；他又在那裏求告耶和華的名。
and where he had first built an altar. There Abram called on the name of the LORD.
13：05 —
與亞伯蘭同行的羅得也有牛群、羊群、帳棚。
Now Lot, who was moving about with Abram, also had flocks and herds and tents.
13：06 —
那地容不下他們；因為他們的財物甚多，使他們不能同居。
But the land could not support them while they stayed together, for their possessions were so great that they were not able to stay together.
13：07 —
當時，迦南人與比利洗人在那地居住。亞伯蘭的牧人和羅得的牧人相爭。
And quarreling arose between Abram's herdsmen and the herdsmen of Lot. The Canaanites and Perizzites were also living in the land at that time.
13：08 —
亞伯蘭就對羅得說：「你我不可相爭，你的牧人和我的牧人也不可相爭，因為我們是骨肉（原文是弟兄）。
So Abram said to Lot, "Let's not have any quarreling between you and me, or between your herdsmen and mine, for we are brothers.
13：09 —
遍地不都在你眼前麼？請你離開我：你向左，我就向右；你向右，我就向左。」
Is not the whole land before you? Let's part company. If you go to the left, I'll go to the right; if you go to the right, I'll go to the left."
13：10 —
羅得舉目看見約但河的全平原，直到瑣珥，都是滋潤的，那地在耶和華未滅所多瑪、蛾摩拉以先如同耶和華的園子，也像埃及地。
Lot looked up and saw that the whole plain of the Jordan was well watered, like the garden of the LORD, like the land of Egypt, toward Zoar. (This was before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah.)
13：11 —
於是羅得選擇約但河的全平原，往東遷移；他們就彼此分離了。
So Lot chose for himself the whole plain of the Jordan and set out toward the east. The two men parted company:
13：12 —
亞伯蘭住在迦南地，羅得住在平原的城邑，漸漸挪移帳棚，直到所多瑪。
Abram lived in the land of Canaan, while Lot lived among the cities of the plain and pitched his tents near Sodom.
13：13 —
所多瑪人在耶和華面前罪大惡極。
Now the men of Sodom were wicked and were sinning greatly against the LORD.
13：14 —
羅得離別亞伯蘭以後，耶和華對亞伯蘭說：「從你所在的地方，你舉目向東西南北觀看；
The LORD said to Abram after Lot had parted from him, "Lift up your eyes from where you are and look north and south, east and west.
13：15 —
凡你所看見的一切地，我都要賜給你和你的後裔，直到永遠。
All the land that you see I will give to you and your offspring forever.
13：16 —
我也要使你的後裔如同地上的塵沙那樣多，人若能數算地上的塵沙纔能數算你的後裔。
I will make your offspring like the dust of the earth, so that if anyone could count the dust, then your offspring could be counted.
13：17 —
你起來，縱橫走遍這地，因為我必把這地賜給你。」
Go, walk through the length and breadth of the land, for I am giving it to you."
13：18 —
亞伯蘭就搬了帳棚，來到希伯崙幔利的橡樹那裏居住，在那裏為耶和華築了一座壇。
So Abram moved his tents and went to live near the great trees of Mamre at Hebron, where he built an altar to the LORD.
