ＱＴ：亞當的家譜－－信心的家譜（創世記05：01—05：32）

| 05：01 — | 亞當的後代記在下面。（當神造人的日子，是照著自己的樣式造的， This is the written account of Adam's line. When God created man, he made him in the likeness of God. |
| 05：02 — | 並且造男造女。在他們被造的日子，神賜福給他們，稱他們為「人」。） He created them male and female and blessed them. And when they were created, he called them "man." |
| 05：03 — | 亞當活到一百三十歲，生了一個兒子，形像樣式和自己相似，就給他起名叫塞特。 When Adam had lived 130 years, he had a son in his own likeness, in his own image; and he named him Seth. |
| 05：04 — | 亞當生塞特之後，又在世八百年，並且生兒養女。 After Seth was born, Adam lived 800 years and had other sons and daughters. |
| 05：05 — | 亞當共活了九百三十歲就死了。 Altogether, Adam lived 930 years, and then he died. |
| 05：06 — | 塞特活到一百零五歲，生了以挪士。 When Seth had lived 105 years, he became the father of Enosh. |
| 05：07 — | 塞特生以挪士之後，又活了八百零七年，並且生兒養女。 And after he became the father of Enosh, Seth lived 807 years and had other sons and daughters. |
| 05：08 — | 塞特共活了九百一十二歲就死了。 Altogether, Seth lived 912 years, and then he died. |
| 05：09 — | 以挪士活到九十歲，生了該南。 When Enosh had lived 90 years, he became the father of Kenan. |
| 05：10 — | 以挪士生該南之後，又活了八百一十五年，並且生兒養女。 And after he became the father of Kenan, Enosh lived 815 years and had other sons and daughters. |
| 05：11 — | 以挪士共活了九百零五歲就死了。 Altogether, Enosh lived 905 years, and then he died. |
| 05：12 — | 該南活到七十歲，生了瑪勒列。 When Kenan had lived 70 years, he became the father of Mahalalel. |
| 05：13 — | 該南生瑪勒列之後，又活了八百四十年，並且生兒養女。 And after he became the father of Mahalalel, Kenan lived 840 years and had other sons and daughters. |
| 05：14 — | 該南共活了九百一十歲就死了。 Altogether, Kenan lived 910 years, and then he died. |
| 05：15 — | 瑪勒列活到六十五歲，生了雅列。 When Mahalalel had lived 65 years, he became the father of Jared. |
| 05：16 — | 瑪勒列生雅列之後，又活了八百三十年，並且生兒養女。 And after he became the father of Jared, Mahalalel lived 830 years and had other sons and daughters. |
| 05：17 — | 瑪勒列共活了八百九十五歲就死了。 Altogether, Mahalalel lived 895 years, and then he died. |
| 05：18 — | 雅列活到一百六十二歲，生了以諾。 When Jared had lived 162 years, he became the father of Enoch. |
| 05：19 — | 雅列生以諾之後，又活了八百年，並且生兒養女。 And after he became the father of Enoch, Jared lived 800 years and had other sons and daughters. |
| 05：20 — | 雅列共活了九百六十二歲就死了。 Altogether, Jared lived 962 years, and then he died. |
| 05：21 — | 以諾活到六十五歲，生了瑪土撒拉。 When Enoch had lived 65 years, he became the father of Methuselah. |
| 05：22 — | 以諾生瑪土撒拉之後，與神同行三百年，並且生兒養女。 And after he became the father of Methuselah, Enoch walked with God 300 years and had other sons and daughters. |
| 05：23 — | 以諾共活了三百六十五歲。 Altogether, Enoch lived 365 years. |
| 05：24 — | 以諾與神同行，神將他取去，他就不在世了。 Enoch walked with God; then he was no more, because God took him away. |
| 05：25 — | 瑪土撒拉活到一百八十七歲，生了拉麥。 When Methuselah had lived 187 years, he became the father of Lamech. |
| 05：26 — | 瑪土撒拉生拉麥之後，又活了七百八十二年，並且生兒養女。 And after he became the father of Lamech, Methuselah lived 782 years and had other sons and daughters. |
| 05：27 — | 瑪土撒拉共活了九百六十九歲就死了。 Altogether, Methuselah lived 969 years, and then he died. |
| 05：28 — | 拉麥活到一百八十二歲，生了一個兒子， When Lamech had lived 182 years, he had a son. |
| 05：29 — | 給他起名叫挪亞，說：「這個兒子必為我們的操作和手中的勞苦安慰我們；這操作勞苦是因為耶和華咒詛地。」 He named him Noah and said, "He will comfort us in the labor and painful toil of our hands caused by the ground the LORD has cursed." |
| 05：30 — | 拉麥生挪亞之後，又活了五百九十五年，並且生兒養女。 After Noah was born, Lamech lived 595 years and had other sons and daughters. |
| 05：31 — | 拉麥共活了七百七十七歲就死了。 Altogether, Lamech lived 777 years, and then he died. |
| 05：32 — | 挪亞五百歲生了閃、含、雅弗。 After Noah was 500 years old, he became the father of Shem, Ham and Japheth. |
| 省 思 語— | 以諾為何能在這充滿罪惡的世上與神同行三百年呢？ |
[今日禱告]
從決定重新寫QT日記開始（2012／09／28），迄今也才三個月，可我的靈卻已經又開始沈淪了，我不再像當初一樣熱忱，我不再汲汲營營要堅持每天QT。看看以諾，他與神同行了三百年，三百年吶！三百年和三個月，相去兩千四百倍，真真令人慚愧！主啊！願我能向以諾學習，那緊緊跟隨主的決心與意志！
主啊！求祢大大幫助我，火熱我心，讓我積極的追求自我的成長，對每一項計畫都有非做不可的堅決。主啊！求祢使我成長，使我在每一項學習上都日日精進，使我能成就獨當一面的渴望，使我能幫助我的家人，減輕他們的負擔。主啊！我當懷抱最初的野望與信心，勇往直前。
主啊！求祢看顧保守國賢，賜他智慧與健康，使他的工作穩定且順利，使他與同事的相處和諧，使他上司長官能善待他，也求主記念他的勞苦，賜給他配得的工價。主啊！我們現在所擁有的一切都是祢的恩典，我們大大稱謝。我們雖心急我們的「家」仍沒有著落，但主啊！祢必會為我們安排最好的，我們要耐心等候，只要禱告。主啊！求祢幫我們預備我們的家，那裡會是我們的寄託，是有主的地方，是養育詠晴長大的地方，主啊！我們希望這個家的屋齡不要超過15年、新式裝潢、格局方正、國賢能負擔的售價且不把存款用盡的情況，讓我們能保有足夠的生活品質，主啊！求祢幫我們預備這樣的家好嗎？
主啊！求祢憐憫我的父母，求祢賜下平安與喜樂到達他們的心中，使他們不要受撒旦的綑綁、為金錢所苦，求祢破碎剛硬的心、撼動頑強的堅持，進到他們裡面，成為他們的盼望、他們的救贖。主啊！求祢鑒察我們的心，我們不是貪慕金錢，我們只要能稍微減輕一點負擔和壓力，主啊！求祢憐憫我的父母，雖然他們仍不認識祢，但主啊！求祢不要轉開祢慈愛的臉，求祢記念他們的苦，賜福給他們，救他們脫離金錢壓力的深淵，這一切都求主安排，都要按著祢的心意來行，無論如何，我們都全心感謝。
主啊！求祢看顧保守公公婆婆，求祢賜給他們健康、平安和喜樂，求祢降下聖靈到他們中間，求祢賜與他們祢的溫柔、慈愛、謙卑、公義、正直，願他們能越來越有祢的樣式，活出蒙祢喜悅的生活。
主啊！求祢看顧保守爸爸媽媽的身體，求祢記念他們的勞苦，賜給他們生活的盼望，賜給她平安與喜樂的心，不要受撒旦的侵襲而容易憂慮。
主啊！求祢看顧詠晴，求祢賜下聖靈在她裡面，親自引領她，使她用餐時能安靜自己的心，好好坐下來用餐；使她的個性可以平緩，不要不顧一切的急躁；使她個性大方，面對挑戰無所畏懼。求主看顧保守她，願她的成長有平安有喜樂。
感謝讚美主，一切榮耀都歸於主，孩子這樣感謝、禱告都是奉主耶穌基督的聖名祈求，阿門！
